The Massachusetts Council on Compulsive Gambling is pleased to offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for our Annual Conference, our regional One-DayTrainings and for our Online Trainings. A full day’s attendance is required in order to receive a certificate for CEUs.
For One-Day Trainings, Continuing Education Units will be offered for Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADC-I, LADC-II and LADC Assistants); Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (CAC.CADAC); Certified Addictions Specialists (CAS); Nurses (RN/LPN); Social Workers (SW); and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC). A full day's attendance is required in order to receive a certificate for CEUs.

AdCare Educational Institute, Inc. is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. AdCare Educational Institute, Inc. maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
AdCare Educational Institute, Inc. is recognized by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) to offer continuing education for National Certified Counselors (NCC). The Institute adheres to NBCC Continuing Education Guidelines. To ensure state credentials, contact your local board of certification. For Social Work CEUs, contact AdCare Educational Institute for the authorization number.
The Council secures CEUs forour Online Trainings:
LADC I, LADC II, LADC Asst., NAADAC, CAS, RN/LPN, NASW, NBCC, NCGC, CGAS
CEUs can be used toward a Massachusetts Problem Gambling Certificate for Clinicians, and to meet requirements of a national certification for problem gambling counselors.
