Professional Help/Outpatient Counseling Centers

DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH / BUREAU OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES (DPH/BSAS) OUTPATIENT COUNSELING CENTERS

The Massachusetts DPH/BSAS provides problem gambling treatment services. There are 6 centers located throughout Massachusetts. Appointments to see a gambling treatment counselor can be made during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. State funding may be available for people who qualify for financial assistance.

Counseling is available to anyone who is concerned about gambling; those who gamble, their families and/or significant others.

 

Translation services should be available upon request. If any problems occur in obtaining a translator, please contact the Massachusetts Council on Compulsive Gambling for further assistance.
